Its mission is simple yet powerful: to replace weapons with flutes and offer at-risk children a place where they can dream through the transformative power of art. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Following Sister Rosa\u2019s passing in 2013, two of her first students, Camila and Antonio, carried her legacy forward by teaching in the same community garage where it all began. Over time, the need for a dedicated and dignified space became increasingly evident.
