At Anunciata Solidarity Foundation (FASOL), we promote international volunteering experiences alongside the communities of the Dominican Sisters of the Anunciata. It is an opportunity for service, learning, and encounter that transforms both those who volunteer and the communities that welcome them.
What is FASOL volunteering?
Inspired by the charism of Saint Francis Coll and the Dominican Sisters of the Anunciata, FASOL volunteering is an experience of encounter, service, and shared learning.
We seek people who are willing to live out solidarity through a Christian perspective, committed to human dignity, justice, and the care of those who are most vulnerable.
Through formation, community life, and ongoing support, we offer a journey that begins long before departure and invites participants to experience personal transformation, encounter different realities, and commit themselves to building a more just and fraternal world.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for people with a genuine desire to serve, the ability to adapt, and a willingness to share life with mission communities in diverse cultural contexts.

General requirements
Preferred age range: 23 to 70 years old
Minimum availability of three weeks
Good physical and emotional health
Identification with FASOL’s values and mission
Willingness to participate in the formation process
Ability to live in community, listen, and work as part of a team
Personal reference letter
Ability to cover travel expenses and personal costs

Education and community development
Support educational initiatives, share your knowledge, and contribute to the holistic development of children, adolescents, and young people.
We are looking for people with a vocation for education, social awareness, and the ability to integrate into diverse cultural contexts while sharing daily life with local communities.
You can apply if you have:
- Education or experience in Early Childhood Education, Education, Psychology, or Social Work
- Experience teaching languages
- A background in the arts, music, or sports
- Experience in youth ministry, pastoral work, or volunteering
- The ability to design and deliver workshops and educational activities
- Adaptability, independence, and emotional maturity

Community health
Put your professional experience at the service of communities with limited access to healthcare.
This mission is intended for healthcare professionals with previous experience, adaptability, and a willingness to work in rural settings where close human relationships and professional autonomy are essential.
Specific requirements
- Fluency in French
- Previous professional experience in Medicine
- Experience in Dentistry, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Primary Care, or Community Medicine
- Ability to work independently
- Adaptability to low-resource settings
- Emotional maturity and intercultural skills

Do I need previous experience?
No. Previous experience is not essential, although it will be considered an advantage.

You can indicate your preferred destination, but the final placement will depend on the needs of the communities and your profile.

Yes. Both the pre-departure and post-return formation are an essential part of the process and are required to participate.
How long does the volunteering experience last?
The minimum stay is three weeks, although the duration may vary depending on the destination and the needs of the mission.
What expenses am I responsible for?
Volunteers are responsible for their travel costs and personal expenses.
